摘要
目的探讨新生儿湿肺的相关影响因素和治疗预防措施。方法分析2006年1月～2009年1月51例新生儿湿肺的临床资料。结果 51例患儿中剖宫产儿发生新生儿湿肺高达75%,早产儿占31%。结论严格控制剖腹产,预防早产及围产期窒息是降低本病的关键.
Objective To investigate the impact of neonatal wet lung-related factors and treatment of preventive measures.Methods Analysis from January 2006 to January 2009 42 cases of neonatal clinical data of wet lung.Results 51 cases occurred in children in the cesarean section newborn children up to 75% of the wet lung,premature children accounted for 31%.Conclusion Caesarean section strictly controlled to prevent preterm birth and perinatal asphyxia is the key to reducing this disease.
