摘要
目的介绍一种省时、效果好的腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术方法。方法自制疝修补针,长约20cm,直径约2mm,针前端呈弧形的、略扁钝,距尖2mm处有一直径约1mm小孔。腹腔镜下用带0号涤纶线自制疝修补针结扎内环口。结果手术时间5～30min,手术时间短,术中出血少,手术效果满意,切口疤痕小,具有美容外观。结论本手术安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To introduce a time-saving and effective laparoscopic procedure for the management of indirect inguinal hernia in children.Methods Fulf ill the laparoscopic procedure by using a self-made hernia needle,which is 20cm in length,2mm in diameter.The head of the needle is an arc and a little flat in shape,there is a hole of 1mm in diameter in the head 2mm away from the needle tip.Results The operative time was 5～30 min.The advantages of this procedure lie in shorter operative time,less blood loss and cosmetic result with small incisions.Conclusion This procedure is safe,effective and worthy applying.
