运用方法研究提高X型掘进机焊接车间生产率

摘要 铲板部与行走部是掘进机运行时磨损严重的部件,其结构复杂,焊接质量要求较高。运用工业工程中的方法研究来详细分析两部件的焊接工艺过程,将程序分析、作业分析和精益生产有效结合,有效地改善了两部件在焊接加工过程中存在的问题,提高了焊接车间的生产率。 Shovel board and running ministry are parts of the tunneling-machine which would be attrited with increasing runtime.Its structure is complicate and it requires high welding quality.The welding process of the two components was detailed analyzed by using method study in industrial engineering.By effectively integrating process analysis,operations analysis and lean production,problems in the welding process were improved.The production efficiency of the enterprise will be improved.
