摘要 运用ADAMS和AMESim软件建立了负载独立流量分配(Load Independent Flow Distribution,LUDV)液压系统的联合仿真模型,通过实验验证了模型的准确性;基于该模型分析了LUDV液压系统的动态特性,得出适当地增大变量液压缸的旁路阻尼孔孔径、减小变量液压缸敏感腔作用面积和增大液压油液的弹性模量能有效地提高LUDV液压系统的动态特性,使LUDV液压系统变得更加稳定。 The ADAMS software and the AMESim software are used to establish a joint simulation model of Load Independent Flow Distribution(LUDV) hydraulic system,which has verified by experimenting.The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system is analysed based on the verified model,and a conclusion that the appropriate increase of variable hydraulic cylinder bypass damping,the appropriate decrease of variable hydraulic cylinder sensitive cavity's area and the appropriate increase of elastic modulus of hydraulic oil can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system and make the system more stable has been found.
