摘要 针对设计与工艺规划信息集成的需要,提出基于规则的特征识别方法,研究基于制造特征的工艺路线自动生成方法。提取到的模型几何信息通过与制造特征库数据的匹配,实现特征的自动识别。通过建立工艺知识的决策规则与典型工艺知识库,将制造特征与加工方法、制造资源关联,实现特征工艺方案的自动生成。产生的特征工艺树与典型工艺模板进行匹配,生成零件工艺规划树。通过人工交互编辑工序、工步及工艺路线,可输出符合实际需求的工艺文件。 According to the requirements of design data and process planning information integration,a feature recognition method was proposed based on rule.The automatic generation method was studied that process route based on manufacturing feature.The automatic recognition of feature was achieved by matching of the extracted model geometric information with manufacturing feature database.The manufacturing feature was associated with the processing methods and the manufacturing resources by establishing of decision rule of process knowledge and typical process knowledge base.The process scheme was realized automatic generation based on feature.The parts planning process tree was generated by matching of the generated feature process tree with the typical process template.A complete process document could be outputted through editing the procedure,working step and process route of human computer interaction.
