摘要 目的评价BinaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡对临床疟疾现症患者的检测效果,为今后在基层开展现场应用提供依据。方法以病原学镜检结果或特效药物治疗效果为依据,判定评价BinaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡检测疟疾的敏感性和特异性。结果临床“四热”病人接受BinaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡和病原学2种方法检查的53例中,均为阳性者24例,阴性25例,敏感性100%(24/24),特异性86.21%(25/29),两者符合率9246%(49/53),单一显示BinaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性4例。而未做病原学检测15例中,BinaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性5例,对单一显示Bias,xNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性9例,经过磷酸氯喹片/磷酸伯氯喹片组合药或蒿甲醚治疗有效或治愈,证实是非恶性疟的其它疟疾或恶性疟。结论采用BinaxNow喾疟疾诊断疟疾现症患者的阳性敏感性高(可达100%),与病原学镜检相比,BjnaxNow疟疾快速诊断试剂卡快速、简便、可靠、敏感和特异性高,适合在基层推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card for clinical testing in patients with malaria is malaria results, for future apphcations at the grassroots level to carry out on-site basis.Methods The etiology of microscopic examination results or effects of drug treatment, based on determined evaluation Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent for detecting malaria card sensitivity and specificity. Results The clinical "Four hot" patients to evaluate Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagents card and pathology 2 methods examined 53 cases, 24 cases were positive, negative 25 cases, sensitivity of 100% (24/24) specificity of 86.21% (25/29), both consistent with the rate 92.46%(49/53), a single display Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card positive in 4 cases. But have not done in 15 cases of pathogen detection, Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card positive in 5 cases, a single display Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card positive in 9 cases, after chloroquine phosphate tablets / Peter chloroquine phosphate tablets drug or combination of Artemisia Ether effective treatment or cure, confirmed that the other non-falciparum malaria or Plasmodium falciparum malaria. Conclusion The Binax Now malaria diagnosis malaria positive patients are sensitive (100%), compared with the etiology microscopy, Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card fast, simple, reliable, sensitive and specific high, for at the graseroots level to promote the use.
