糖尿病患者口腔健康状况数据库的建立

The establishment of oral health status database in patients with diabetes

目的根据糖尿病患者的特点,设计并建立适合收集、保存、分析患者口腔健康情况信息的数据库。方法应用SQLServer2000搭建数据库平台,应用ASP作为数据库管理系统的开发工具。建立用户管理、患者信息管理、自定义信息查询、信息综合分析及辅助诊断、病例回访、患者口腔健康教育、操作系统维护等功能模块。结果通过本系统可方便进行庞杂的数据录入工作,利于口腔健康状况的分析和诊断,便于临床研究,同时利用生成的图片对患者进行口腔卫生指导。结论本系统数据录入简单方便,数据分析快捷实用,专业性较强,可以辅助口腔健康临床研究。

Objective To establish a suitable database for the collection, store and analysis of the patient’s oral health information according to the characteristics of patients with diabetes. Methods SQL Server2000 was used to build a database platform. ASP was adopted as a database management system development tools. User management, information management, user defined information, information analysis and diagnosis, patients’ return visit, patients’ oral health education, operating systems, such as the maintenance function models were built up. Results The system could be adopted to facilitate the complex data entry, conduct analysis of oral health status and diagnosis for clinical research and generate patients’ oral health suggestion. Conclusions The data entry system is simple and convenient. It can be used to conduct fast and practical data analysis, and can be used assist in carrying clinical research.
