沙眼衣原体F血清型感染孕鼠导致不良妊娠结局的初步研究

摘要 衣原体是一类形态相似，有独特发育周期，专性细胞内寄生的原核细胞型微生物。人体内的柱状或杯状黏膜上皮细胞为衣原体的易感细胞。沙眼衣原体（Chlamydia Trachomatis，CT）可引起人类生殖道感染，是主要的性传播病原之一。其发病率逐年上升，目前CT感染在发达国家和发展中国家均占性传播疾病（sexually transmitted disease，
