沙眼衣原体F血清型感染孕鼠导致不良妊娠结局的初步研究

摘要 衣原体是一类形态相似,有独特发育周期,专性细胞内寄生的原核细胞型微生物。人体内的柱状或杯状黏膜上皮细胞为衣原体的易感细胞。沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia Trachomatis,CT)可引起人类生殖道感染,是主要的性传播病原之一。其发病率逐年上升,目前CT感染在发达国家和发展中国家均占性传播疾病(sexually transmitted disease,
