硫氧还蛋白在高氧肺损伤中的作用

摘要 支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)的具体发病机制尚未完全阐明,高氧暴露所导致的氧化应激损伤被认为是其发病的主要机制之一。近年研究显示硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)广泛参与体内氧化应激、核酸代谢、炎症反应、细胞生长及凋亡等多种生物学过程。
