模块化程度、动态性边界与企业绩效 被引量:1

摘要 面对动态的竞争环境,企业边界也越来越多的进行适应性的动态调整。通过运用基于交易成本和基于资源的理论对影响企业边界的成本和价值进行分析,本文认为模块化程度是企业动态选择边界实现柔性的重要前因变量,更有效的企业边界动态选择令企业通过调整知识边界和产品边界的关系,提高企业产出效率和环境适应能力,能持续促进企业绩效的提高。
