摘要
目的探讨莫西沙星对细胞内嗜肺军团菌(LP)的抗菌活性。方法采用有限稀释法分别测定莫西沙星与红霉素对LPATCC33152菌株的细胞外抗菌活性,再用噻唑蓝比色法(MTT法)测定其细胞内抗菌活性。结果红霉素与莫西沙星的细胞外抗菌活性分别为:0.125mg/L、0.016mg/L。细胞内抗菌活性分别为:红霉素0.25mg/L、莫西沙星0.004mg/L。结论莫西沙星在U937细胞模型中对LPATCC33152菌株具有很强的细胞内抗菌活性,其效果要优于红霉素。
Objective To explore the intracellular antimicrobial activities of moxifloxacin against LegioneUa pneumophila (LP). Methods Limiting dilution assay was applied to detect extracellular antimicrobiat activities of moxifloxacin and erythromycin against strain LP ATCC 33152, and MTT colorimetric assay was used to test the intracellular antimicrobial activities. Results Extracellular antimicrobial activities of erythromycin and moxifloxacin were 0. 125 mg/L and 0. 016 mg/L, with their intracellular antimicrobial activities at 0. 25 mg/L and 0. 004 mg/L respectively. Conclusion IntraceUular antimicrebial activity of moxifloxacin in U937 cells against strain LP ATCC 33152 is comparatively strong,so its effect is superior to erythromycin
