摘要
试验旨在研究玉米秸秆整秸氨化技术及其营养价值。采用化学分析和动物试验方法,测定揉碎氨化、整秸压扁和整秸氨化玉米秸秆的养分含量、养分瘤胃消失率和日粮养分消化率。结果表明,压扁和整秸氨化秸秆的粗蛋白质(CP)含量分别提高(P<0.01)127.96%和121.03%,与揉碎氨化秸秆接近,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量分别降低8.17%和2.52%,略高于揉碎氨化秸秆;压扁和整秸氨化秸秆干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)瘤胃48h消失率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但略低于揉碎氨化秸秆;压扁和整秸氨化秸秆组绵羊瘤胃乙酸、丙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度和纤维素酶活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),二者与揉碎氨化组没有显著差异。整秸压扁和整秸氨化秸秆的营养价值显著高于对照,但略低于揉碎氨化秸秆,整秸压扁氨化技术略优于玉米秸秆整秸氨化技术。
The experiments were conducted to study the technology and nutrient value of whole corn stalk aminated with urea.Nutrient content,nu trient degradability in rumen and digestibility of diets of crashed corn stalk(control),crashed corn stalk aminated with urea(CCSA),whole stalk crushed by car(WSC) and whole corn stalk(WCS) aminated with urea were determined by methods of chemical analysis and animal tests.The results showed that crude protein(CP) contents of WSC and WCS increased(P 〈 0.01)by 127.96 % and 121.03 % respectively compared with the contrast,was fairly near that of CCSA,neutral detergent fiber(NDF) contents of WSC and WCS decreased by 8.17 % and 2.52 % respectively compared with the control,was higher a little than that of CCSA.Dry matter DM,acid detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) degradability of WSC and WCS in rumen incubating 48 h was higher(P 〈 0.01) than that of control,lower than that of CCSA.Concentration of acetic acid,propionic acid,total volatil fat acid and cellulose activity (P 〈 0.01 )in rumen of sheep fed WSC, WCS and CCSA were higher (P 〈 0.01)than those of control.The nutrient value of WSC and WCS were higher than that of control,but lower than that of CCSA,technology of WSC was some better than that of WCS.
