摘要
采用多通道数据采集系统及信号处理技术,对某厂房内悬挂钢平台的不良振动进行动力检测及数据分析,给出钢平台在动荷载作用下的强迫振动响应和频谱特性,结合有限元分析后得出产生不良振动的原因主要是,钢平台产生了与机器干扰力频率相一致的受迫振动,并且从启动到正常运转这一过程中,干扰力频率经过结构的低阶自振频率,期间也会使结构产生大的振动响应。建议对平台进行加固处理,将连接处的胀锚螺栓换为化学锚栓,并采取适当的隔振措施,如采用弹簧垫吸收设备的振动能量。
In the paper, multi-channel data acquisition system and signal processing technology are used in the hanging steel platform in an industrial building based on the dynamic measurement. The forced vibration response and spectral characteristics of the hanging steel platform under dynamic load are analyzed. The reason induced a negative vibration is the forced vibration of the platform which coincide with the interference frequency, and in the period from the machine start to normal operation, sympathetic vibration of the steel platform is cased. The proposed reinforcement of the platform is to replace the expansion bolt by chemical anchor, and take appropriate vibration isolate measures, such as using spring pad to absorb vibration energy.
