摘要
深圳京基金融中心为国内超高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒(局部劲性钢结构)、矩形钢斜支撑、外筒矩形钢柱内扎钢筋和灌注混凝土、柱间腰桁架及连接内外筒的伸臂桁架三重抗侧力结构体系。矩形钢柱截面大、分段数量多、现场焊接作业量大、测量精度要求高、安装场地狭小、施工难度大。选用2台高性能大吨位塔吊作吊装设备,先进行核心筒施工,对施工平面进行分区,合理安排构件进场,科学配置资源。采用先进的施工技术和工艺,完善的安全质量管理体系,有效解决了施工进度、质量、安全等问题,确保工程进展顺利。
Shenzhen Kingkey Financial Tower is a domestic super-highrise building, using reinforced concrete in the inner tube(stiffened steel columns in parts), rectangular steel bracing, rectangular steel column within reinforced concrete in the outer tube, the waist truss, the cantilever truss between the inner tube and outer tube system to against lateral load. It was difficult to construction because of large section and highly segmented steel columns, a large quantity of work of welding, high measuring accuracy requirement and narrow installation site. The construction progress, quality and safety problems have been solved effectively, and the successful construction of the project ensured by selecting two high-performance and high-capacity cranes, the inner tube construction ahead, arranging component access to the site rational according to the plane partition, allocating resources scientifically, advanced construction techniques and processes, and establishing a sound safety and quality management system.
