摘要
用180只0日龄的AA肉公鸡进行试验,研究红芪党参复方对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分代谢和胴体品质的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,共分为3个处理组,分别为基础饲粮组及基础饲粮中添加5mg/kg的黄霉素组和1%的红芪党参复方添加剂组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期42d,自由采食和饮水。结果表明,与基础饲粮组相比,饲粮中添加红芪党参复方添加剂能提高肉仔鸡0~21d的饲料转化效率(P=0.006);0~21d的钙(P<0.001)、磷(P=0.005)和22~42d的干物质(P<0.001)、粗蛋白质(P<0.001)和磷表观存留率(P=0.007)以及胸肌率(P=0.006)。这些结果说明,红芪党参复方添加剂能提高肉鸡的生长性能、养分代谢和胴体品质。
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplemented with Radix Hedysari and Radix Codonopsis compound on growth performance,metabolism and carcass quality of broilers by a completely randomized design.One hundred and eighty 0 day old male Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allocated to three treatments with each treatment having 6 replicates of 10 birds.The three treatments were basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg flavomycin or 1 % Radix Hedysari and Radix Codonopsis compound.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with the basal diet,addition of 1 % Radix Hedysari and Radix Codonopsis compound could improve feed conversation ratio during 0~21 d (P=0.006),the apparent retention of calcium (P〈0.001) and phosphorus (P=0.005) during 0~21 d and dry matter (P〈0.001),crude protein (P〈0.001) and phosphorus (P=0.007) during 22~42 d and the breast musle rate (P=0.006).These results demonstrated that Radix Hedysari and Radix Codonopsis compound supplementation to diets could improve the growth performance,metabolism and carcass quality of broilers.
