高效液相色谱法快速测定饲料中孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿的研究

Determination of malachite green and leucomalachite green in feeds by high performance liquid chromatography

本实验建立了高效液相色谱法同时快速测定饲料中孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿含量的方法。采用孔雀石绿快速检测前处理试剂盒提取试样,固相萃取小柱净化,用氰基柱串联氧化铅柱分离,用外标法进行定量。孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿的最低定量限均为10μg/kg。本方法快捷,前处理过程简单,易操作,2h内即可完成一批样品的检测,且本方法适合于大批饲料样品的筛选。

A rapid method was developed to determine malachite green （MG） and leucomalachite green （LMG） in feed by HPLC.MG and LMG were determined by LC cyano column with a PbO2 post-column and UV-light detection after the sample extracted by a pre-treatment kit from samples and cleaned up.External standard method was used for quantitative measurement.The lower determination limits were 10 μg/kg,and the method is effective,simple and accurate for determining MG and LMG in feed.
