改进的外控法在某工程施工测量中的应用

摘要 结合工程实际,对传统的外控法进行了改进,即采用坐标放样法进行牛腿控制点放样,无须布设严密的方格控制网线,控制点的布置灵活,由控制点进而建立外墙控制网,进行外墙验收、施工控制。同时,由东、西、南、北四个剪力墙的四条控制线的中点导入内墙控制网,进行内墙验收、施工控制。该方法在实际应用中,取得了预期的效果,确保了建筑轴线竖向投测精度,为核心筒剪力墙的施工控制及验收提供了保障。 Combing with actual project, this paper makes some improvements to the traditional outer control method. Coordinates lofting method is used to loft the bracket control points, and there is no need to set up of rigorous square control-net and the arrange- ment of control points is agile. The outer wall control-net is established through the control points in order to be checked and accept- ed and construction control. At the same time, inner wall control-net is introduced from the midpoints of four control lines of the four walls in the East, West, South and North to be done as the outer wall. The method achieve prospective effect in practical applications, ensures the precision for transfer of building vertical axis, and provides a guarantee for the construction control and inspection and acceptance of the core-tube shear wall.
