备战2010年冬奥会中国女子短道速滑队2007—2008赛季生理、生化指标变化规律和特征研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用文献调研、跟踪测试等方法对中国女子短道速滑队备战2010年冬奥会运动员2007—2008整个赛季的生理、生化指标进行综合研究,结果表明,国家女子短道速滑队主力运动员2007—2008赛季体重保持稳定,体脂在调整期后提高,赛后体脂指数明显下降;血红蛋白在大赛前达到13.0g/dl以上,表明其机能状态良好,低于12.0g/dl以下,表明机能状态出现问题;血尿素指标在大赛前应保持在6.50mmol/L以下;个体血睾酮和皮质醇的比值可以敏感地反映相同训练情况下的机能状态和恢复情况;血清肌酸指数在大运动量训练后升高明显,大赛应保持或低于基础值,表明训练适应。 Through using the method of literature review and follow-up survey,this paper made comprehensive study on physiological and biochemical indexes of key athletes of Chinese woman short-track speed skating team preparing for 2010 Winter Olympic Games in the entire season of 2007~2008.The result showed that in the season of 2007~2008,their body weight remained unchanged,body mass increased after recovery and body mass index (BMI) decreased significantly.The value of hemoglobin(Hb) reached or above the 13.0g/dl pre-competition shows the good functional conditioning,while below the 12.0g/dl means poor conditioning.The index of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) should keep under the 6.5mmol/L pre-competition.The ratio of individual blood testosterone and cortisol can sensitively reflect the training condition and functional recovery state.The index of serum creatine increasing significantly after heavy training and keeping or below the base value in competition shows that it is the training adaptation.
