随着社会的进步和图书馆事业的不断发展,高校图书馆利用其自身优势,为社会提供信息服务已成为共识。本文从高校图书馆信息服务社会化的现状入手,针对存在的问题和障碍,结合新公共管理的相关理念,对信息服务社会化视角下的高校图书馆管理创新进行了探讨。

With the progress of society and continuous development of library,it has been commonly agreed that university libraries can offer information service to our society by their own advantage. Focusing on the current socialization of information service in university libraries,and existing problems or barriers,the article discusses and analyzes the management innovation of university libraries by using the relevant theory of new public management.
