介绍了2009年我国经济运行的主要特点,分析了2010年我国经济运行环境及宏观经济政策取向。初步预测,2010年经济增长率可能达到8.5%左右,经济发展将呈现的特点,一是固定资产投资增速将在高位稳定;二是社会消费品零售额将持续较快增长;三是外贸出口有望恢复正增长;四是居民消费价格将温和上涨。

The main features of China's economic operation in 2009 were introduced and the economic operation environment and macro-economic policy orientation in 2010 was analyzed. According to a preliminary prediction,the economic growth rate will be about 8.5%,and the economic development will present such features:firstly,the increase rate of fixed assets investment will stabilize on high level; secondly,the total social retail consumption will increase continuously and rapidly; thirdly,the export trade will hopefully return to growth; fourthly,the consumer price will rise slowly.
