Updating Equipment Management Concepts to Construct Comprehensive Management Mode

针对传统的设备管理模式被动、固化、常态管理,不适应发展和竞争形势的问题,重点介绍了构建科学的综合管理模式的主要设备需求者介入前期管理、注重管理基础工作,建立完备的设备技术档案,提高设备的使用效率,变被动的恢复性维修为预防性维修;逐步建立专家组后台支持模式;将经济管理手段引入设备的全生命周期管理并加强对设备管理人员的技能培训。

The traditional equipment management mode was introduced and its disadvantages were pointed out. The scientific comprehensive management mode was introduced which emphasized on prophase management of equipment,basic work and establishing complete technical files to improve operating efficiency,and turned restoring maintenance into preventive maintenance,constructed experts background support mode gradually,introduced economic management method into whole cycle management and strengthened skill training of equipment operators.
