摘要
本文分析了同济医科大学附属协和医院伽玛刀治疗研究中心二年多来运用伽玛刀治疗９例眼内肿瘤的有关资料。结果表明：对伽玛刀来说，眼内肿瘤是特殊部位，为保证伽玛刀治疗的质量和整个治疗过程的顺利进行，眼球须行固定术；立体定位头架应尽量偏前，且根据病灶部位适当旋转立体定位头架底座；伽玛角一般选择５０°～７０°为宜；靶点设计应尽量避免出现Ｙ坐标极大值。
Based on the data treating 9 tumors in eyeball with gamma knife, it is indicated that the location of eyeball tumor is a particular location for gamma knife treating. The following four aspects shoull be paied attention in order to ensure the good quality and the normal treating procedure:(1) the eyeball must be fixed.(2) the stereotactic skull scaling instrument (SSSI) shoull be forward and rotated to one side on the basis of the focus location. (3) the gamma angle usually is 50°～70°. (4) the Y coordinates shoull be avoided going beyond 150mm at planing targets.
