摘要
分析了目前加油站油品损耗管理存在的矛盾与问题,提出并探索了将加油站进、销、存等环节的油品体积换算成20℃时的油品体积进行损耗管理、核算的思路和措施,介绍了中国石化江苏石油分公司采用信息化手段,改善硬件配套基础设施,加强数量基础管理、建立监控、分析及考核机制,构建并实施了基于V20平台的加油站油品损耗管理体系,降低了油品损耗,进一步提升了数量管理水平。
The contradictions and problems existing in the oil loss management of gas station at present were analyzed. The ideas and measures were proposed that when being purchased,sold,and stored,the oil volume should be converted to the volume at 20℃ to manage and account the oil loss. The practice and exploration of an enterprise to apply information method,strengthen quantity base management,establish the system of supervision,analysis and examination during the implementation of V20 examination and management was introduced.
