学科是大学组织中的一个基本单位,学科成长与发展水平决定着一所大学学术地位的高低。学科从根本上说是学科文化、学科制度规范与组织利益、权利的联结体。以浙江树人大学高等教育学学科成长的个案,从文化、制度与组织三个维度,较深刻地阐明学科成长的历史经验与一般规律。
Discipline is one of the basic units in University.The growth level and development of discipline determine a university's position in academic domain.Discipline,finally,is a combination of academic culture,discipline system and organizational interests,rights.According to the growth of higher education discipline in Zhejiang Shuren University,the author profoundly explains the historical experience of academic growth and general law from the culture,system and organization dimensions.
