创业者的“实践性知识”及其教育意义——以义乌商人为例

Entrepreneur's Practical Knowledge and Its Educational Significance:Taking Yiwu Merchants as an Example

高校毕业生就业难、创业难的根本原因是缺少与经济社会发展相适应的实践性知识。这种大学毕业生创业难、就业难的情况与文化水平较低的义乌商人成功创业的现实,形成强烈反差。该研究分析了义乌商人实践性知识的主要内容及特征,即独特的价值观与朴素的哲学知识、特殊的自我认知、有效的学习策略、潜移默化的文化传承等;阐述了借鉴义乌商人"实践性知识"获得的经验和规律,将其运用到大学教育特别是创业教育上的重要意义。

The difficulties in employment and entrepreneurship for college graduates are due to their lack of practical knowledge compatible to fundamental economic and social development.This is in sharp contrast with Yiwu merchants who are with a low educational level while succeed in business.This paper analyzes the main features of Yiwu merchants＇ practical knowledge from four aspects,i.e.,unique values and the simple philosophy of knowledge,special self-awareness,effective learning strategies,subtle cultural heritage,etc.This paper further describes the experiences and rules about how Yiwu merchants achieve practical knowledge,and discusses the significance on its application to the education on university students,particularly entrepreneurship education.
