全子宫切除患者术前心理调查及性知识指导

Preoperational psychology and sex knowledge instruction for patients with total hysterectomy

目的:探讨全子宫切除患者术前心理问题,为性知识指导提供理论依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷调查法对50名行全子宫切除术患者进行术前心理调查。结果:患者存在紧张、恐惧,担心子宫切除影响性生活、引起早衰是主要原因。结论:对于全子宫切除患者术前应着重加强性知识的教育,术后继续加强性心理指导,同时注重配偶的健康宣教。

Objectives：To discuss about the preoperational psychology of patients with total hysterectomy,and to provide theoretical reference for sex knowledge instruction.Methods：Self-designed questionnaires were distributed among 50 total hysterectomy patients to study their psychology prior to the operation.Results：The investigated patients complained mainly of anxiety,fear,worries about their post-operation sexual life and the premature senility.Conclusion：Sex knowledge instruction should be strengthened among these total hysterectomy patients prior to their operation.Psychological guidance and health education for their spouse should also follow after their operation.
