挤压法提取竹叶多糖和黄酮的研究 被引量:4

Extraction of Polysaccharides and Flavonoids from Bamboo Leaves by Extrusion Method

摘要 采用挤压法提取竹叶中水溶性多糖和总黄酮,研究其对多糖相对分子质量的影响,并与传统方法作比较。试验结果表明,用挤压法提取的竹叶水溶性多糖和总黄酮质量浓度分别达2.969、1.266mg/mL。与传统方法相比,多糖相对分子质量几乎没有变化,说明采用挤压法提取水溶性多糖和总黄酮是可行的,具有提取时间短、迅速的特点。 The contents of water-soluble polysaccharides and total flavonoids extracted from bamboo leaves by extrusion method was studied.The influence on molecular weight of polysaccharides was examined,and compared with traditional way.The results showed that the contents of water-soluble polysaccharides and total flavonoids by extrusion extraction were reached to 2.969、 1.266 mg/mL respectively;compared with traditional way,molecular weight of polysaccharides had little change.It was showed that extrusion extraction is conscientiously feasible.In addition,it holds a short time effect,extraction is more faster than traditional way.
