Dalian:Create a Fourth Party Platform of Coal Supply Chain

煤炭流通体制的市场化改革既是热点,又是难点。业内的一次次探索和尝试,正是在推动煤炭市场化体系的进步。

July 6,2010,North east Asian Coal Exchanging Center(NACEC) was officially listed in Dalian.At present,marketization reform of China's coal market has started its first step,thus,trading patterns lack flexibility and diversity,and have not form effective price mech anism of coal trading.According to experts,in the annual coal consumption,which is more than 300,000,000 tons,more than 200,000,000 coal products can not find a g enerational new platform,which is normative and modern,so the foundation of the exchanging center is to build a fourth party platform for coal trading.Dalian municipal government also gives high importance and supports to the project.Last year,Dalian municipal government listed the exchanging center into the city construction plan and signed a strategic working agreement with NACEC in order to provide a superior policy environment to the exchanging center.
