摘要
为了筛选高产酸性脲酶菌株,通过酸性平板的初筛和中性平板的复筛,从土壤中分离到17株产酸性脲酶的菌株。通过比较它们所产酸性脲酶的活性,确定了产酶能力最强的菌株ZJU-5,发酵液中酸性脲酶活性可达(17.17±0.185)U/mL。为了了解该菌株的特性,通过生理生化方法及16SrDNA分子生物学方法对ZJU-5进行鉴定,结果表明ZJU-5为肺炎克雷伯氏菌。
In order to isolate high urease-producing strains,the current research was to obtain 17 strains with urease production capacity from soil by acid selective plate and neutral selective plate.Among them,one strain named ZJU-5 was found to be the maximal urease production(17.17±0.185) U/mL.After that,the characteristics of ZJU-5 were identified by physiological-biochemical method and molecular biological method,which of result showed that this strain was Klebsiella pneumonia ssp.
