Research Progress on Impedance Method and the Applications in Food Microbial Detection

摘要 阻抗法是一种微生物快速检测方法,在食品工业中具有广泛的应用前景。本文综述了阻抗法的理论研究和仪器开发现状以及该方法在食品微生物检测中的应用情况,并对其今后的发展前景进行展望。 Impedance method is a rapid microbial detection method which has a good application prospect in food industry.The theoretical study and instrument development of impedance technology were summarized,research progress of this method on food microbial detection was described and the prospect of this method was stated in this paper.
