护理人员标准预防知-信-行现状与影响因素的研究

Nurses' knowledge-attitude-belief-practice about standard precaution and influential factors

目的:了解临床护理人员标准预防知—信—行现状,防止医院感染的发生。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,自行设计问卷,对1000名临床护理人员进行调查。结果:共收回有效问卷831份,护理人员标准预防知识平均分为35.81±4.69,答对率为71.62%;态度平均分为25.04±3.47,得分率为78.25%;行为平均分为79.28±16.10,依从率为66.04%,知识得分、医院等级、是否是艾滋病培训基地、培训次数等影响护理人员标准预防行为得分。结论:加强对临床护理人员标准预防相关知识的培训,纠正对标准预防错误的认识,提高标准预防的依从性十分必要。

Objective： To investigate nurses＇ knowledge-attitude-belief-practice about standard precaution. Methods： Totally 1000 nurses were investigated with a self designed questionnaire using stratified random sampling. Results： Totally 831 valid questionnaires were collected. The average score of knowledge was 35.81±4.69, and accuracy ratio was 71.62%. The average score of attitude was 25.04±3.47 and accuracy ratio was 78.25%, The average score of compliance was 79.28±16.10 and accuracy ratio was 66.04%. Factors such as knowledge score, hospital level, training, and whether or not AIDS training base hospital were the predict factors of compliance. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen nurses＇ training, correct errors, and increase compliance with standard precaution.
