重症监护病房护理过程质量评价标准体系研究

Establishment of the evaluation standard system of nursing process quality for intensive care units

目的:建立重症监护病房护理过程质量评价标准体系,促进管理工作的快速发展,提高护理管理质量。方法:采用文献资料法初步构建过程评价标准体系,运用德尔菲法对30名护理管理专家对其评价体系进行咨询论证。结果:专家咨询确立了过程评价指标包括7项一级指标和24项二级条目及相应的权重值。结论:应用德尔菲法建立的重症监护病房护理过程质量的评价标准体系体现了新形势下重症监护病房护理质量的内涵,为护理管理者提供一定的参考依据。

Objective： To establish the evaluation standard system of nursing process quality for intensive care units. Methods： The evaluation standard system of nursing process quality for intensive care units was preliminarily established by using literature reviewing method, 30 experts of nursing management were consulted in terms of their opinions about the evaluation system by using Delphi method. Results： The evaluation system of nursing process quality for intensive care units included 7 first class indexes, 24 second class items and their weights. Conclusion： The newly established evaluation system based on Delphi method reflects the changes in the content of nursing process quality for intensive care units.
