年龄结构与护士核心能力相关性调查及对策研究

Correlation of age structure and nurse's core competencies and interventions

目的:量化分析年龄结构与护士核心能力的相关性,掌握其现状。方法:采用《注册护士核心能力量表》对368名取得护士执业资格的护士进行问卷调查。结果:注册护士专业核心能力得分均值为(171.04±2.39)分,用方差分析比较不同年龄组护士的核心能力测评总分及各维度(除专业发展外)得分之间的差异,差异有统计学意义。结论:根据不同年龄段护士核心能力的差异性,制定有效的干预措施,以提高护理队伍的核心能力,提高护理质量,更好地促进护理事业发展。

Objective： To analyze the correlation between age structure and nurse＇s core competencies .Methods： Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse scale （CIRN） were used to investigate 368 registered nurses. Results： The average score of the registered nurse＇s core competencies is 171.04 ±2.39. The difference of general score of CIRN and score of every dimension （except professional development） among different age groups was statistically significant after using variance analysis. Conclusions： We should set up effective interventions according to the differences in core competencies between different age groups to improve their core competencies and promote the development of nursing.
