年龄结构与护士核心能力相关性调查及对策研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的:量化分析年龄结构与护士核心能力的相关性,掌握其现状。方法:采用《注册护士核心能力量表》对368名取得护士执业资格的护士进行问卷调查。结果:注册护士专业核心能力得分均值为(171.04±2.39)分,用方差分析比较不同年龄组护士的核心能力测评总分及各维度(除专业发展外)得分之间的差异,差异有统计学意义。结论:根据不同年龄段护士核心能力的差异性,制定有效的干预措施,以提高护理队伍的核心能力,提高护理质量,更好地促进护理事业发展。 Objective: To analyze the correlation between age structure and nurse's core competencies .Methods: Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse scale (CIRN) were used to investigate 368 registered nurses. Results: The average score of the registered nurse's core competencies is 171.04 ±2.39. The difference of general score of CIRN and score of every dimension (except professional development) among different age groups was statistically significant after using variance analysis. Conclusions: We should set up effective interventions according to the differences in core competencies between different age groups to improve their core competencies and promote the development of nursing.
