摘要
选举护理组长7~9名,为第一层或组长层,再对其他护理人员依据年龄、资历、学历、工作能力等,按整体力量大小依次递减设为第二层、第三层……每一层由4~5名护士组成,形成"金字塔"结构。ICU护理人力资源分组管理:每个层面抽出1名护士组成1个工作小组,小组成员由1名护理组长和其余每个层面的1名护士组成,小组内部形成在职称、能力、年龄上"递减式",而在体力、精力上"递增式"组合的局面,分组作为护理人力的横向管理。护理人员的分层与分组均实行动态管理。
7--9 nurses who was elected formed the first stratum, and acted as headmen. Other nurses were divided into the second stratum, the third stratum. according to their age, qualification, education background, ability and so on. There were 4~5 nurses in every stratum. One nurse from every stratum composed a group. Nurses in every group had different professional title, ability, age, physical power and energy. The group and stratum were dynamic.
