卵巢肿瘤的MRI诊断

MRI diagnosis of ovarian tumours

目的：探讨各种卵巢肿瘤的ＭＲＩ征象特点及ＭＲＩ在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的价值。材料和方法：回顾分析２２例经手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤ＭＲＩ资料，包括良性肿瘤１８例，恶性肿瘤４例。结果：ＭＲＩ能准确显示卵巢肿瘤的大小、形态和侵及范围，有助于定性诊断和区分肿瘤的良恶性。结论：ＭＲＩ对卵巢肿瘤的诊断有重要应用价值，但由于其价昂、费时，目前可作为次选手段，补充超声检查的不足。

Objective:To Study the charateristic signs and the value of MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian tumours.Materials and Methods:Twenty-two ovarian tumours were examined by MRI scan,all were comfirmed by surgical and pathological findings.They included benign tumours 18 cases and malignant tumours 4 cases.Results:MRI could sensitively display the size,shape and extent of ovarian tumours and the area of involvement.It was very helpful to determine of the pathologic nature and differentiate benignity and malignancy of ovarian tumours.Conclusion:MRI is a very useful method in diagnosis ovarian tumours.At present,MRI is only the secondary method to add the deficiency of ultrasonic examination because of costs too much money and time.
