改良角膜刮片检菌法诊断真菌性角膜溃疡

IMPROVED CORNEAL SCRAPING IN DIAGNOSIS OF FUNGAL CORNEAL ULCER

目的评价改良角膜组织刮片加１０％氢氧化钾湿片检菌法诊断真菌性角膜溃疡的意义。方法对１９例临床拟诊为真菌性角膜溃疡者进行检查。方法为在裂隙灯显微镜下先用较钝刀片刮掉溃疡近边缘部坏死组织，后用锐利刀片刮取组织，并用１０％氢氧化钾湿片在光学显微镜下寻找菌丝；与棉拭子取材行细菌加真菌培养结果进行对比。结果改良刮片法的真菌阳性检出率为８９４８％。结论改良刮片检菌法是一种诊断真菌性角膜溃疡的简捷、快速和准确的方法。

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the improved corneal scraping with postassium hydroxide slide in diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer. Method: The improved corneal scraping with postassium hydroxide slide, which was scraping with a sharp slade after necrosis around being scraped away with a blunt slade under slit microscope and then sought bacterial filament with postassium hydroxide slide under microscope, was used to confirm the clinical diagnosis of 19 cases with fungal corneal ulcer and compared with the method of cotton swab scraping with fungal culture. Result: The positive rate by the improved corneal scraping with 10% potassium hydroxid slide was 89.48% . Conclusion: The improved scraping method is simple, quick and accurate
