摘要 DLK1(delta drosophila homolog-like 1或delta-like 1 homologue)是表皮生长因子(EGF)家族成员之一,作为细胞分化调节的重要因子,DLK1具有广泛的生物学功能。近年来研究证实DLK1在许多肿瘤组织中高表达,通过多种机制参与肿瘤的发生、发展。 Delta drosophila homolog-like 1(DLK1) is a member of the epidermal growth factor family.As an important factor in regulation of cell differentiation,DLK1 has a wide rang of biological functions.Recently,many studies have shown that the expression of DLK1 is up-regulated in many tumor tissues,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of neoplasms through a variety of mechanisms.
