温肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病腹泻36例

The Clinical Observation to 36 Examples of Diabetic Diarrhea be Treated with Wen Shen Jian Pi Decoction

目的 观察温肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病腹泻的临床疗效.方法 选取66例糖尿病腹泻患者随机分为2组,均给予控制血糖在正常范围的治疗.在此基础上,治疗组用温肾健脾汤加减,每日1刺,水煎服;对照组用盐酸洛哌丁胺片2mg,每日3次,疗程1个月.结果 治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率73.3%.2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 中药治疗糖尿病腹泻疗效优于西药,且无不良反应,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wen Shen Jian Pi Decoction that are used to treat Diabetic Diarrhea patients. Method To select 66 examples of Diabetic Diarrhea patients and divide them into two groups randomly,then give them the treatment that the glucose should be controlled in a normal range.On this basis,the treatment group are modified with Wen Shen Jian Pi Decoction,one potion each day, to take with the decotion medicine： the control group are given Loperamide Hydrochloride Tablets 2mg, three times each day, one-month course of treatment. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.9 %,and the control group is 73.3%. The difference between two groups has statistical significance. Conclusion The Chinese medicine is superior to western medicine with no adverse reactions, it should be promoted in clinical.
