Treating 76 Cases of Children’s Malnutrition with Chinese Medicine Drug Granules Prescription

目的 通过小儿营养不良的中医治疗疗效分析,探索小儿营养不良的中医诊断和疗法.方法 运用中医理论及中医辨证施治方法将门诊收集的76例小儿营养不良患儿辨证分型论治,均治疗3个疗程（共30天）.结果 治愈68例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率达97%.结论 运用中医辨证施治方法,采用中药免煎颗粒制剂治疗小儿营养不良具有疗效好、毒副作用小、使用简单、价廉、方便.

Objective Exploring the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in children＇ s malnutrition through analyzing the clinical effect of treating children＇ s malnutrition. Method Using the TCM theories of differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat 76 out-patient cases of children＇s malnutrition with Chinese medicine drug granule, all treated for 3 courses （30 days）. Result Cured in 68 cases, improved in 6 cases, Invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 97%.Conclusion Chinese medicine drug granule preparations had the superiority of good efficacy, small toxic side effects, convenience for treating children＇s malnutrition.
