摘要
目的 观察六白菖砂汤对家兔颈椎病模型外周血清中IGF-1、TNF-α的影响,以观察该方治疗颈椎病的疗效.方法 将40只成年家兔随机分为5组,空白组,颈椎病模型对照组、颈复康对照组、六自菖砂汤高剂量组及六白菖砂汤低剂量组,采用放射免疫法（RIA）检测外周血清中IGF-1、TNF-α因子的含量并观测.结果 六白菖砂粒剂高剂量组中IGF-1水平明显升高,与空白对照组、颈椎病模型对照组和六白菖砂粒剂低剂量组相比均有显著差异（P〈0.05）;颈椎病模型对照组中 TNF-α水平明显偏高,与空白对照组、颈复康颗粒对照组和六白菖砂粒剂高剂量组相比均有显著差异（P〈0.05）,结论六白菖砂汤能明显提高家兔血清IGF-1水平,降低TNF-α,由此来对颈椎病产生疗效.
Objective To observe the influence of Liubaichangsha Decoction on IGF-1、TNF-α in Blood Serum of cervical spondylosis rabbit model, in order to observe the clinic effect of curing cervical spondylosis by this prescription. Methods 40 adult rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, control group, model control group, Neck-recover-granule control group, Liubaichangsha Decoction high dose group and Liubaichangsha Decoction low dose group, IGF-1, TNF-a in Blood Serum were determined by radioimmunoassay method (RIA). Results IGF-1 levels were significantly elevated in Liubaichangsha Decoction high dose group than in the control group cervical spondylosis model control group and Liubaichangsha Decoction low dose group. There were significant differences (P<0.05);TNF-α levels were obviously high in cervical spondylosis model control group than in the control group, Neck-recover-granule control group and Liubaichangsha Decoction high dose group. There were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Liubaichangsha Decoction could raise IGF-1 levels, decreased TNF-a in Blood Serum to cure cervical disease.
