摘要随着医学的发展，深静脉置管已成为救治危重病人的必要手段之一，但随之带来的导管相关性血行感染（catheter related blood stream infections，CRBSI），也成为临床棘手的严重并发症之一。据国外文献报道，在ICU因长期深静脉置管引起的CRBSI发生率高达5．3次／1000导管日，大概为每年8万例，因导管引起的CRBSI使死亡率增加0～35％，每一次因CRBSI造成的花费约4-6万美元，全年的花费因此增加23亿美元。
