摘要
目的探讨姑息护理干预在晚期肿瘤患者中的临床应用效果。方法将2006年1月～2008年12月入住本科并确诊为晚期肿瘤患者共155例,随机分为观察组(78例)和对照组(77例)。观察组除实施常规护理外,给予姑息护理干预;对照组仅实施常规护理。比较2组患者的精神面貌、心态及死亡恐惧感、临终前要求共4项指标。结果观察组患者在精神面貌、心态及死亡恐惧感、临终要求方面均优于对照组(均p<0.01)。结论姑息护理干预有助于减轻晚期肿瘤患者的心理压力,树立正确的生死观,以乐观的心态度过人生的最后一段时光。
Objective：To figure out the effect of palliative care in patients with late tumor.nethods：155 patients who were diagnosed late tumor during January 2006 to December 2008 were randomly divided into control group （77 patients） and intervention group（78 patients）.Regular nursing care was conducted on the control group.In the intervention group,palliative care was conducted except for the regular nursing care.The mental status, states of mind, fear of death, and request before death were compared with the two groups. Results：The mental status, states of mind, fear of death, and request before death of intervention group were better than that of the control group （all ps〈0.01）. Conclusion：Palliative care could help relieve the pressure of the patients with late tumor,help them build correct belief and keep a positive state of mind to live during the last period of their lives.
