血清心肌肌钙蛋白T在射频消融治疗前后的变化

The variation of serum cardiac troponin T concentration in patients received radiofrequency current ablation

目的探讨射频消融治疗（ＲＦＣＡ）对心肌细胞的损伤。方法测定了５３例行ＲＦＣＡ者的血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ｔ（ｃＴｎＴ）。结果术前ｃＴｎＴ无一阳性，术后阳性率６６．０％，且与放电次数、累积时间呈正相关。结论ＲＦＣＡ可对心肌细胞造成损伤。损伤程度与射频放电次数、累积放电时间相关。

Objective The present study was designed to evaluate the myocardial injury of radiofrequency current ablation(RFCA).Methods The serum levels of cTnT was tested in 53 patients who received RFCA.Results The serum levels of cTnT were normal before RFCA.The cTnT levels were increased in 35 of 53 patients(66.0%)who received RFCA and pasitively correlated to the times and duration of electric releasing during operation.Conclusion RFCA may cause myocardial injury.The injury degree was positvely correlated to times and duration of electric releasing during operation.
