摘要
目的：将中国药典１９９５版夜宁糖浆剂改成胶囊，使其具有服量少且方便、稳定性好等优点。方法：药材先以乙醇浸渍后，药渣用水煎、浓缩并制成干浸膏粉装入空胶囊。采用ＣＳ９２０薄层扫描仪测定其中大黄素的含量。结果：胶囊中的大黄素含量不低于０．２５ｍｇ／粒。结论：制剂工艺及质控标准方法简便易行。
OBJECTIVE:The Yening syrup in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was transformed into capsules for the sake of convenience in use and increasing its stability.METHODS:The Rheum emodin content in each capsule was determined by a thin layer chromatographic scanner,CS 920.RESULTS:The content of Rheum emodin in each capsule is not less than 0.25mg.CONCLUSION:The method is reliable and rapid for the assay of Yening capsules.
