测血压时桡动脉放置不同高度对血压值的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨测血压时桡动脉放置不同高度对血压值的影响。方法对133例健康体检者进行同体对比观察,取坐位和卧位,分别取桡动脉与心水平位、桡动脉高心10cm位、桡动脉低心10cm位测量血压,将不同位置测得的收缩压和舒张压进行统计学分析。结果桡动脉高心10cm位的收缩压和舒张压低于桡动脉与心水平位、桡动脉低心10cm位的收缩压和舒张压高于桡动脉与心水平位,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论为保证血压值的准确性,测量血压时所测肢体部位必须与心脏在同一水平。 Objective To explore if the different metrical altitudes of the radial arltery result in different measurements of blood pressure. Methods The blood pressure of 133 cases of healthy people was taken by radial artery when they did their medical examination. Their blood pressure was taken while they were sitting and lying on the table with their radial artery at three different altitudes: at the level of the heart,10 centimeters higher and lower than the heart. Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were recorded. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure at the heart level were significantly higher than that of 10 centimeters higher than the heart level(P〈0.001); Significantly lower than that of 10 centimeters lower than the heart level(P〈0.001).Conclusiona In order to ensure the accuracy of blood pressure, blood pressure measured when the heart of body parts must be at the same level.
