心房纤颤与脑梗死的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨老年人房颤与脑梗死的关系与特点。方法将脑梗死患者分为房颤组(非瓣膜性)与非房颤组进行对比分析。结果房颤组脑梗死患者平均年龄偏大、神经系统损害严重、并发症比例大、脑梗死再发及死亡率高。结论房颤是脑梗死的危险因素,也是影响预后的重要因素。
