摘要
西立伐他汀钠，１９９７年４月１４日以Ｌｉｐｏｂａｙ在英国注册上市。最近以商品名Ｂａｙｃｏｌ在美国获准上市。它是新的ＨＭＧＣｏＡ还原酶抑制剂，用于治疗对限制饮食效果不明显的原发性高胆固醇血症（Ⅱａ型和Ⅱｂ型）。【药效学】〔１，２〕本品可显著降低总胆固...
