摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并肺结核的中西医结合治疗经验。方法临床60例糖尿病合并肺结核病人随机分成治疗组（中西医结合治疗）、对照组（单纯西医抗结核、降血糖治疗）。结果治疗组糖尿病病情稳定,空腹血糖控制在8.3mmol/L以下者,结核病疗效较好,对照组血糖波动、肺结核有反复且出现耐药。结论中西医结合治疗两病并存的疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Methods 60 cases of clinical diabetes mellitus patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group （Integrative Medicine）, control group （Western anti-TB, hypoglycemic therapy）. Results The treatment group of diabetic patients with stable glucose control in 8.3mmol / L or less, better efficacy of TB control blood glucose fluctuations, tuberculosis and drug resistance have repeatedly. Conclusion Integrative Medicine effective than the two diseases coexist western medicine.
