摘要
目的探讨在治疗胃溃疡穿孔的过程中对患者进行健康教育和心理护理的实施效果。方法对120例首次住院的胃溃疡穿孔患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,研究组与对照组均接受常规的手术治疗、药物治疗和常规护理,研究组在此基础上接受健康教育和心理护理,在患者出院时对两组患者的平均住院日、治愈率、SCL-90进行效果评定。结果经健康教育和心理护理30d后,研究组患者的平均住院日较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),治愈率明显提高(P<0.05),研究组SCL-90的主要因子及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者对胃溃疡穿孔基本知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育结合心理护理能缩短胃溃疡穿孔患者的平均住院日,提高治愈率和治疗效果,是一种重要且有效的胃溃疡穿孔的辅助治疗措施。
Objective Explore the effect of health education and psychological care in the treatment of peptic ulcer perforation. Methods Study group and control group received conventional surgical treatment,drug treatment and routine care,the Study Group on this basis,receive health education and psychological care. Results Through health education and psychological treatment,study group in all respects superior to the control group. Conclusion Through health education and psychological treatment has good results
