摘要
目的总结痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids PPH)围手术期护理的方法和重要性。方法对125例PPH手术患者在术前、术中、术后护理及出院指导方面进行归纳。结果 125例PPH手术均顺利完成,术前症状完全消失,术后6个月随访无复发。结论良好的术前术后护理是PPH手术顺利进行并取得良好效果的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the methods and significance of the perioperative nursing of patients treated by PPH. Methods The postoperative、intraoperative and postoperative nursing data of 125 patients received PPH were summarized. Results Operation was successful in these patients. The symptom before operation disappeared completely and without any recur at follow up six months after operation. Conclusion The perfect perioperative nursing is an important assurance for successful PPH operation.
